Passengers with disabilities
The company's employees take all necessary measures to make the stay at the airport of persons with disabilities as comfortable as possible.
Meeting clients upon arrival at the airport and escorting them to boarding the aircraft, as well as from the board upon arrival, the Agents of the air transportation organization Service at the Karaganda International Airport pay maximum attention to passengers experiencing difficulties in movement. They assist in the quick and comfortable passage of the necessary formalities, namely, the passage of registration, customs and passport control out of turn, assist in the receipt and registration of luggage. Services are provided by the airport on a free basis.
In some cases, according to the testimony of passengers, a medical report is required on the possibility of accepting persons with disabilities for transportation
For your convenience, special parking spaces, ramps, toilets have been created, if necessary, wheelchairs are provided both for moving to/from the aircraft and on board the aircraft. You can also ask for help at the medical center.

31. Transportation of the patient on a stretcher is carried out with the provision of additional seats on the aircraft with payment according to the conditions of application of the tariff.
32. Transportation of a disabled person in a wheelchair (folding chair) and a patient on a stretcher is carried out accompanied by a person providing care for this passenger in flight. Transportation of the patient on a stretcher is carried out with the provision of a seat in the aircraft with payment established by the airline.
When transporting a disabled person in a wheelchair (folding chair) or a patient on a stretcher, the airline or agent shall inform the airport in advance about the transportation of such a passenger for delivery from (on board) the aircraft.
33. Pregnant women are accepted for transportation if they provide the airline with a medical opinion from a medical organization on the absence of contraindications to air transportation on the date of the flight specified in the ticket.
67. Guide dogs traveling with a passenger deprived of sight are transported free of charge, without a cage, in excess of the free baggage allowance, provided that such a dog has a collar and muzzle and is tied at the feet of the owner.

7. Procedure for servicing passengers with disabilities
26. The service of passengers with disabilities provides for the following procedure:
1) registration of a passenger with a visual disability and accompanied by a guide dog is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the airline;
2) when transporting people with limited mobility, after carrying out the appropriate registration procedures, the representative of the airline /airport accompanies them to (from) the aircraft and, together with the documents, transfers it/them directly to the crew;
3) the agent provides assistance in passing border, customs control and other clearance procedures.
The service of people with disabilities in accordance with the provisions of the airline is carried out by an agent.
When transporting persons using a wheelchair, a representative of the airline/ airport provides a special seat for transportation in the cabin of the aircraft.
Boarding of persons with disabilities into an aircraft is carried out by an airport representative first of all before the announcement of the landing of the main part of passengers and disembarkation from the aircraft last of all.
